This developed face improves sound absorption material efficiency, especially in vehicle interiors where reflected noise can occur.
• 𝐌𝐢𝐝 & 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Our noise reduction foam is designed to support cabin noise control by reducing overall interior 1.51 times noise. This sound absorbing foam is most effective in the mid- and high-frequency ranges, where sound waves pass through the foam and are absorbed, helping reduce reflected noise inside the vehicle cabin. The reverberation sound absorption coefficient exceeds 50% in the 2000–3150 Hz range.
• 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝-𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 & 𝐆𝐚𝐩-𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Shumoff sound dampening foam is installed as a second layer over vibration damping materials on degreased surfaces. It is also ideal for sealing gaps between structural components, helping reduce rattles in car doors, roofs, trims, and interior panels. The material features a protective anti-adhesive backing film and is made from environmentally friendly, hypoallergenic materials. All odors dissipate within a couple of days of active vehicle use.

Its lightweight polyurethane foam structure allows easy handling and installation without adding significant weight to vehicle interior panels.

Ideal for car roofs (2–3 sheets), interior arches (2 sheets), plastic door trims (3–4 sheets), and trunk lids (1 sheet). Also suitable for acoustic treatment for car audio systems and use as speaker box acoustic foam to help improve sound quality.
